Company parties use the booth differently from a wedding. People come in waves — after remarks, during dessert, before they head out. The Party Box keeps an attendant there the whole booking so your coordinator is not stuck at the backdrop. Prints are unlimited 4×6 photos during those hours, two copies each, color or black and white, about 50 seconds. Put the company night’s name and date on the template. More than 100 designs are available. Hand signs and wearable props are included.

We deliver, set up, and take down. Travel within about 20 miles of the Modesto and Turlock area is included. That covers many halls in Modesto, Turlock, Manteca, Stockton, Merced, and Tracy. Hotel meeting rooms, warehouse holiday parties, and banquet halls are typical rooms. We do not list a public street address. The booth comes to the venue.

Two hours is $399 and covers a lot of appreciation dinners. Longer parties book 3 hours for $499, 4 hours for $599, or 6 hours for $899. If the party is Monday through Thursday, 2 hours is $299. A $150 deposit holds the date. We can reserve up to 2 years ahead, which helps for annual holiday parties.

What coordinators usually need on paper
